Bread:
Saint Joseph bread baked fresh daily, need we say more.  At Dorignac’s Food Center Bakery, we bake French bread and many specialty breads on a daily basis.  For holidays we bake breads for altars, a basket for rolls and a cornucopia horn filled with fruit.

Pastries and cookies:
If you are having a party and want a great dessert to serve as a centerpiece head to our bakery and pick up a croquembouche.  This classic French dessert means "crunch in the mouth." Croquembouche is a French cake consisting of a conical heap of cream-filled choux buns bound together with a brittle caramel sauce, and usually decorated with ribbons or spun sugar. To go along with your croquembouche, try our almond macaroons and butter cookies.

Pies:
Stop by our bakery and pick up our sugar free lemon meringue pie made with splenda.  Dorignac’s Food Center Bakery also has a great variety of pies sure to cure your sweet tooth.
