Butch Steadman, Dorignac’s Wine and Spirits Director, joined the team at Dorignac’s Food Center in 1974. Butch is very well respected amongst his peers in the beverage industry and was recognized by Market Watch Magazine as a leader in the beverage industry in 2004. He is also a former board member of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience. Butch and his team of professionals are very knowledgeable in all areas of spirits, wine and beer and plan to take Dorignac’s Beverage Department well into the 21st century. Butch says that he continues to do business the way Mr. Joe Dorignac, Jr. taught him many years ago by giving the customers what they want! The legend lives on at Dorignac’s because of its large selection and ability to meet the needs of their customers.

Lenny Keller began his career in the liquor industry in 1970. For the past 36 years he has been fortunate to travel to California and Oregon to tour just about all of the noted wineries and vineyards. Lenny has also attended school in France and Germany to further his education on wines, champagnes and other spirits from all areas of the world. For close to 12 years, Lenny has taught classes, to students from Tulane and UNO, in the areas of basic wine and graduate classes. Lenny has been employed with Dorignac’s Food Center for 14 years.

David has been employed at Dorignac's for about a year.  But he's not new to this industry.  He has 10 years experience with Wines & Spirits.  He is very knowledgeable about all of the items we carry.
