These platters are made to order and are made with the freshest ingredients. Our platters at Dorignac’s Food Center are generously proportioned and taste delicious. Shrimp Supreme

This platter is a seafood lover’s delight. Prepared with the freshest shrimp accompanied with a tangy cocktail sauce. Lemon slices add great color and extra taste. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Mini Muffulettas

This platter offers a delicious taste of Italy. Seeded silver dollar sized buns prepared with olive salad, ham, salami and mozzarella cheese. This tray is sold in quantities of 50 sandwiches per tray.

Wine Taster’s Tray

The six wonderful cheese varieties, offered on this tray, are accented by beautiful juicy grapes. This tray is great for a small wine tasting, medium sized cocktail party or great when served before or after dinner. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Mini Meatballs

These meatballs are seasoned to perfection and are delicious bites. The meatballs are served with your choice of red gravy or barbeque sauce. This tray is sold in quantities of 50 or 100 meatballs per tray.

Pickled Relish Tray

Not only does this tray provide excellent presentation it tastes so delicious. Black and green olives, pickled cauliflower florets, garden olive salad, kosher pickle spears and sweet and baby dill pickles, sure to be the hit at any soiree. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Artichoke Balls

These artichoke balls are made with succulent hearts of artichokes, seasoned to perfection, lightly battered in breadcrumbs and deep- fried in peanut oil. This tray is sold in quantities of 50 per tray.

Fanfare

This platter offers beautifully arranged selections of honey-cured ham, corned beef, salami, roast beef, turkey breast, Swiss and American cheese garnished with green and black olives. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Picasso

This artistic array of cheese and freshly picked fruits consists of red, cheddar cheese, hot pepper American cheese and swiss cheese. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Garden Patch

This is a light and healthy platter made with the freshest vegetables at Dorignac’s Food Center. Fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks, green onions, red cherry tomatoes, green peppers served with ranch dip. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.

Hostess Plus

This platter is overstuffed with sandwich triangles of chicken salad, egg salad, tuna salad, ham, turkey and roast beef. Dorignac’s Food Center uses fresh white or whole wheat bread to prepare this tray. A small tray serves 12-15 people, medium tray serves 16-22 people and a large tray serves 23-30 people.
